Battery charging station TRAVI CON MCS

The mobile battery charging stations TRAVI CON MCS are perfectly designed to meet the requirements for indoor and outdoor use.

These mobile containers were developed according to DIN EN IEC 62485-2 as battery charging station (equipment and ventilation).

A fully welded steel tub is integrated into the floor assembly, covered with galvanized gratings. The ventilation of the battery compartment happens in accordance with DIN EN IEC 62485-2 VDE0510-485-2:2019-04.

These containers not only offer protection and safe storage of lead-acid batteries, but are also flexible and robust in daily handling.

With our TRAVI CON MCS battery charging stations, we offer you a range of standard and customized solutions for the infrastructure of battery charging technology.

Due to the variety of configuration options, you can adapt our battery charging container perfectly to your needs.

Now with the option of a trickle charge wall (11-unit, 5-unit charger units or on request).

Steel container fully welded

Processor controlled charger for lead-acid batteries

  • Stecamat 861 battery charger is available in dust / jet water protected housing
  • battery is charged gently / quickly by processor-controlled charging procedures
  • current, voltage, time adjustments through range of preprogrammed battery charging characteristics / possibility to enter own charging characteristics (also for damaged / discharged batteries)
  • backlit display provides quick information about charging status
  • highest flexibility in use as well as simple handling
  • optional with Stecamat 861 ES test function (enables “real” capacity testing directly on site)
