TRAVI CON MCS battery charging station

The TRAVI CON MCS mobile battery charging stations are perfectly designed to meet the requirements for storing and charging batteries both indoors and outdoors.

This container was developed by TRAVIATION GSE in accordance with DIN EN IEC 62485-2 as a battery charging station (equipment and ventilation).

A fully welded steel tray is integrated into the floor assembly, covered with galvanized grating. The battery compartment is ventilated in accordance with DIN EN IEC 62485-2 VDE0510-485-2:2019-04.

These containers not only offer protection and safe storage of lead batteries, but are also flexible and robust in daily handling.

Fully welded steel container

Stecamat 861

Processor-controlled charger for lead batteries

The Stecamat 861 battery charger is available in a dust and water jet-proof housing. Your battery is charged gently and quickly thanks to the processor-controlled charging process. In order to individually adjust the current, voltage, time and ideal monitoring of your battery, the Stecamat 861 battery charger offers a selection of pre-programmed battery charging characteristics as well as the option of entering your own characteristics. This means that even pre-damaged or deeply discharged batteries can be treated to ensure a long service life with the Stecamat 861. A backlit display gives you quick information about the charging status.
The extensive equipment ensures maximum flexibility in use. This and the simple operation ensure smooth operation.

Processor-controlled charger/discharger for lead batteries

The Stecamat 861 ES battery charger is equipped with a discharge stage of 140 W. It can recharge 12 V batteries with an output of 720 W or discharge, charge and evaluate the battery in an automated test cycle.

To customize the current, voltage, time and ideal monitoring of your battery, the Stecamat 861 ES battery charger offers both a selection of pre-programmed battery charging characteristics and the option of entering your own characteristics. This means that even pre-damaged or deeply discharged batteries can be treated to ensure a long service life with the Stecamat 861 ES.
